By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead efforts across our Warfighter Systems business line, which brings cutting-edge technology directly to those on the front lines. Wearable tech, immersive mission command tools, and seamlessly integrated software and hardware create an ecosystem that enhances situational awareness, survivability, and combat effectiveness. • Communicate effectively and with confidence when engaging with customers and Anduril leadership
  • Manage the overall program schedule including critical path tracking, schedule risk mitigations, visibility to Anduril leadership and updates to the customer
  • Navigate customer change requests while maintaining program velocity and adhering to financial targets through scope management and change control
  • Ensure decisions support current efforts and position the company for continued on‑contract growth
  • Oversee review of media and artifacts to illustrate program velocity
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in defense or government contracting
  • Proven track record of managing large‑scale, complex programs across the product development lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of contracting processes and large scale program management
  • Ability to navigate complex contractual landscapes and ensure compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute a complex program schedule, using Microsoft Project and other tools
  • Demonstrated ability to actively develop and execute an effective program risk management plan
  • Experience in developing and executing communication strategies for high‑visibility programs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 15%)
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance

  • Experience with both hardware and software development lifecycles
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
