Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience, with a strong emphasis on technical platforms and sales operation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, R&D, and Operations to deliver high-quality features.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships; act as trusted advisor and clear communicator.
• Operationalize products; oversee rollout of technical solutions to the marketplace with reliable performance.
• Collaborate with engineering to make sound technical trade-offs and support scalable product development.
