Fivetran is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs from initiation to delivery. You will work closely with product, design, data analytics, enablement, and support teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and timely execution.

The role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, and the ability to coordinate across many stakeholders while maintaining focus on strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical position (software engineer, QE, platform engineer, etc).
• 6+ years of experience in technical project/program management.
• Familiarity with Agile and waterfall project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Manage key engineering projects and programs from initiation to closing.
• Provide regular status updates across internal channels to all levels.
• Define program charters, plans, and schedules; drive program execution.
