Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage outcomes for relevant workstreams in service of Walmart Marketplace and drive programs.
• Define goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for multiple medium to high-complexity programs.
• Secure cross-functional commitment and manage dependencies for seamless execution.
• Translate product requirements into technical designs and collaborate on system architecture for scalability.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines.
• Communicate program status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and technology reuse.
• Establish and oversee operational excellence frameworks including monitoring, alerting, and release management.
