Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area.
• 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
• 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader in AI transformation to shape TPM best practices.
• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technical programs, managing cross-functional dependencies and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
• Define program goals, stage gates, and critical paths while driving clarity and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure sound technical practices are implemented across engineering solutions.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum and quality outcomes.
• Mentor team members on best practices, promote continuous improvement, and implement automation to enhance program efficiency.
• Communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders and executives.
