Job summary

IonQ, Inc. is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead planning and execution of complex spacecraft projects.

You will drive cross-functional engineering teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business priorities. You will partner with engineering leads to translate objectives into actionable plans, resolve dependencies, and deliver hardware development programs for aerospace applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management or engineering program execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems, or related technical discipline.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira and Confluence.
• Active Top Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required; ITAR/EAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex spacecraft hardware programs across design, qualification, production and delivery.
• Translate objectives into actionable plans and manage dependencies across engineering disciplines and suppliers.
• Contribute to improving program management practices and mentor other program managers.
