Ladders is seeking a Staff Technical Product Manager to lead a technology platform for healthcare integration, automation, and internal business technology initiatives. You will partner with Business Technology leaders, Enterprise Architecture, and engineering to bring structure to demand intake and translate complex requests into clear platform priorities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $198,000 – $233,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical product or platform management, focusing on infrastructure and integration not customer features.
• Strong technical background with ability to write and critique specs, including OpenAPI and event schema.
• Familiarity with core AWS services relevant to integration platforms, such as API Gateway and Lambda.
• Direct experience with iPaaS/integration platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
• Proven ability to translate vague business requests into clear, actionable requirements.
• Experience managing a platform roadmap for multiple internal teams while balancing demands.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to executives.
