Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Integrations to own the strategy and roadmap for a critical integrations portfolio that expands the reach and utility of the company's platform.

You will partner with engineering, design, go-to-market, and partner teams to deliver high-impact connectivity solutions, improve customer experience, and help scale an expanding ecosystem of integrations.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Integrations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own the strategy and roadmap for a critical integrations portfolio that helps expand the reach and utility of the company's platform. You will partner closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and partner-facing teams to deliver high-impact connectivity solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. The position blends product vision, technical fluency, and cross-functional coordination to advance a growing ecosystem of integrations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive the integrations roadmap and strategy based on input from key stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering and design to prioritize the backlog and plan the roadmap
• Work with partner-facing teams to activate partners for development

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and keeping stakeholders informed
• Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI responsibly to improve work efficiency
