Job summary

Sixfold, a NY-based AI underwriting platform, is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to own the infrastructure enabling AI-driven risk decisions. You’ll report to the CTO and partner with engineering, product, and design to deliver high-value initiatives and ensure tight governance.

You will align cross-functional teams, build lightweight processes, and drive tech OKRs while advancing the company’s AI-first product strategy in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management, engineering program management, or closely related role.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs across engineering, product, and GTM.
• Demonstrated technical foundation in software, systems design, or SDLC.
• Proactive use of AI tools and agents to improve program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Join the Senior Technical Leadership Team and support key technical decisions.
• Own end-to-end program delivery for high-value initiatives across engineering, product, and design.
• Align Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales to avoid missed decisions.
• Lead weekly governance, cross-functional sessions, and executive updates.
• Design lightweight, durable program infrastructure with roadmap, milestones, risks.
• Drive OKR processes and strategic planning across Tech and the company.
