Job summary

Within is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own core product surfaces at the intersection of AI, data, and enterprise workflow. You’ll work directly with our CTO, engineering leads, and GTM teams to turn complex AI capabilities into customer-loved experiences.

You bring 4–7 years in product management (2+ in technical PM roles) and a track record in B2B SaaS or AI platforms, with a customer-first mindset and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in product management, at least 2 in a technical PM role.
• Experience with AI-enabled products or ML-driven features is a plus.
• Strong ability to read architecture diagrams and write clear specs.

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with customers and executives to understand needs.
• Prototype and iterate on product ideas quickly.
• Own product areas from problem to production with detailed specs.
• Lead rigorous discovery with customer interviews and field feedback.
• Partner with engineering and design for clear requirements and fast decisions.
• Drive AI-native product development with features built on LLMs.
• Define success metrics and build dashboards to close the loop.
