DNSFilter is seeking a Staff Technical Product Manager to own the protection platform at the endpoint—across laptops, desktops, and mobile. You’ll steer strategy, backlog, and governance for a security-focused SaaS product deployed on customer devices, prioritizing AI-enabled protection and privacy by design.

The role demands deep technical PM expertise, hands-on collaboration with engineering, and a clear ability to translate open questions into shippable features.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in security, networking, or endpoint products.
• Understanding of how traffic can be intercepted, inspected, filtered, or isolated, and encryption/privacy trade-offs.
• Experience with deployment through MDM, RMM, scripting, and handling conflicts with other software.
• A perspective on AI as protective, including shadow AI and visibility into device agents/tools.
• Track record of taking an open, undefined problem to a shipped product.
• Experience designing interfaces, reporting, and data for technical users.
• Hands-on collaboration with engineers, writing roadmaps and actionable items.
• Experience using AI to move faster, with awareness of where it helps/does not.
• Strong written/verbal communication for executives, customers, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work hours overlapping with ET.
• Eligible to work in the region of hire without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the endpoint protection platform across all supported OSes.
• Oversee governance of AI activity on the device, including shadow AI visibility and controls.
• Define deployment considerations across MDM, RMM, and scripting environments and handle conflicts with other software/VPNs.
• Decide what to inspect, log, and retain to make privacy a deliberate product decision.
• Design the experience and data around each capability to ensure usability, configurability, and measurability.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering and Architecture on feasibility, trade-offs, and sequencing; craft roadmaps and actionable items.
• Represent the product to customers, partners, and prospects across enterprise, MSP, OEM, distribution, and direct channels.
• Participate in interviews.
