Job summary

Finite State is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own a product area end‑to‑end, from understanding customer needs to driving development and measuring outcomes. The role requires deep domain knowledge in product security, strong research/synthesis skills, and the ability to leverage AI to accelerate work.

You will partner with GTM and services teams to deliver integrated software and services for customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in B2B enterprise software in cybersecurity or adjacent areas.
• Ability to work with complex technical products and cross-functional teams.
• Strong research and synthesis skills to turn data into actionable product decisions.
• Experience using AI to expedite research, content generation, and synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end‑to‑end, define outcomes and metrics, guide development, and measure results.
• Develop deep domain understanding of product security assurance challenges for customers.
• Automate product work with AI, keeping data driving decisions.
• Own product messaging for customers and the market to support GTM efforts.
• Collaborate across software and services to deliver holistic customer outcomes.
