Job summary

CookUnity is seeking a Staff Tech Enablement Engineer to lead the technology powering our B2B operations and Smart Fridges program. You will manage, hands-on with IoT hardware and embedded Linux, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations,Healthcare, Sales, Marketing, and CX leaders.

You will set priorities, establish technical standards, review architecture, and ensure scalable, secure internal tools, automations, and device deployments across hundreds of fridges.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineers with coaching and delivery accountability.
• Strong hands-on software engineering across backend services and integrations.
• Hands-on experience building and operating physical devices with embedded Linux.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, capacity, roadmap, and communication with leaders.
• Design, deliver, and operate automations to remove manual work.
• Guide development of internal tools and dashboards for multiple teams.
• Own hardware and OS direction for Smart Fridges and embedded systems.
• Ensure scalability with repeatable deployment, monitoring, and security.
