Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s and 10+ years; or PhD and 8+ years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (current and within scope).
• 5+ years of hands-on C++ development for embedded, real-time, or mission-critical systems.
• Experience integrating and testing software with hardware in a lab or HWIL environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development for embedded, safety-critical systems.
• Guide software teams in applying software engineering best practices to meet requirements.
• Develop C/C++ for embedded and real-time mission applications and integrate hardware interfaces.
• Build and maintain automated tests and support debugging of software/hardware issues.
