Qualifications

• 5+ years building backend systems in production with focus on distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with durable execution or workflow orchestration.
• Strong command of concurrency, queueing, retries, and fault tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution engine including runtime and scheduling.
• Build checkpointing and recovery for agent resilience.
• Engineer for scale and reliability to maintain performance.
