Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE/CE with 8+ years in server system engineering.
• 3-5+ years hands-on experience in DevOps, System Administration, Cloud Operations, or SRE.
• Strong knowledge in CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, scripting & automation, monitoring & logging, networking & security, OS management.
• Server architecture knowledge and AMI BIOS/OS concepts; distributed computing is a plus.
• Experience with benchmarks (FIO/IOMeter/HammerDB), PCIe/SATA/memory interface protocols, and databases.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Linux shell, Python, or UEFI shell is a plus.
• Good communication skills; willing to travel internationally/domestically.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop enterprise benchmarks and server storage test plans.
• Execute benchmark testing and build proof-of-concepts for data center tech and Supermicro servers.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to draft technical marketing materials and white papers.
• Proactively learn new technologies and propose new proofs of concepts.
• Work with sales and customers to provide networking solutions and technical knowledge.
• Contribute to building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize monitoring, logging, and incident response tools.
• Automate and streamline software development and deployment Lifecycles.
