Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Staff Systems Engineer in Oklahoma City, OK. You will collaborate across engineering to integrate capabilities and communicate analyses to stakeholders and customers across multiple modernization efforts.

You will certify releases and subsystems, ensure safety compliance, maintain docs, and support EVMS reporting and program schedules. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field or higher with extensive relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support certification of IFC releases, subsystem upgrades, and weapon integration.
• Ensure updates comply with armament safety requirements.
• Maintain design docs and configuration management.
• Plan and conduct analyses/tests for nuclear/conventional certification.
• Identify and demonstrate compliance with certification requirements.
• Support armament subsystems long-range capability initiatives.
• Familiar with armament integration and test planning and procedures.
• Oversee EVMS and certification tasks within Hardware Sustaining IPT.
• Prepare statements of work, schedules, test plans, and EVMS reporting.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
