Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret or higher clearance is required.
• Experience in aerospace Systems Engineering including requirements decomposition and verification.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to support IPT coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements and allocate to interfaces.
• Write complex specifications and interface control documents.
• Coordinate with program, functional, and subsystem leads.
• Maintain Systems Engineering artifacts with configuration management.
• Verify and validate Systems Engineering artifacts with stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional development, integration, and testing of system threads.
• Develop IFC plans and metrics with IPTs.
