Qualifications

• 8+ years of IC design experience spanning analog, digital, or mixed-signal; MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• Cross-disciplinary work across analog circuit design, digital RTL/synthesis, mixed-signal integration, and system-level architecture.
• Proven track record of IC tape-outs and silicon validation; delivering designs from concept through production.
• Experience with power management, sensor interfaces, and data converters.
• Proficiency with EDA tools; Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/ADE, and place-and-route flows; knowledge of CMOS processes from 180nm onward.

Responsibilities

• Drive next-generation mixed-signal IC products from concept through production silicon across analog, digital, firmware, and system architecture.
• Provide technical leadership on critical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Guide layout decisions and validate designs with bench debugging and lab measurements.
• Apply AI/ML tools to IC design workflows to accelerate verification and exploration.
