Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Staff Digital Design Engineer to lead complex ASIC projects and guide system-level architectures. You will translate customer and system needs into robust digital implementations for AI datacenter power control, memory-test solutions, industrial automation, and consumer audio applications.

You will define architectures, drive synthesis and signoff, mentor engineers, and collaborate across firmware, system, and product teams to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience in ASIC and RTL design with synthesizable SystemVerilog RTL.
• Ability to architect and partition complex digital systems.
• Experience with design and signoff flows: synthesis, STA, lint.
• Strong leadership, reviews, and cross-functional guidance.
• Knowledge across multiple domains: hardware-software, verification.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop system-level architectures and microarchitectures for complex digital ASICs.
• Design synthesizable SystemVerilog RTL for DSPs, accelerators, interfaces, and memory/controllers.
• Lead design simulation, debug, integration, and technical reviews for complex digital projects.
• Drive constraints, synthesis, static timing analysis, lint, CDC, and signoff workflows.
• Collaborate with physical design, system, firmware, and product teams to meet requirements.
• Mentor engineers, lead small technical teams, and foster talent development.
