Job summary

Graphcore seeks a Staff Systems Bring Up Validation Engineer to lead system validation across blades and rack-level AI compute platforms. You will own end-to-end validation, triage critical issues, and drive test methodology for OS, firmware, and hardware bring-up, collaborating with SoC, firmware, and rack FW teams.

The role requires strong leadership, deep hardware/software validation experience, and the ability to operate in a global, fast-paced environment to meet program milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in validation of first silicon and system bring-up including OS, firmware, silicon and hardware.
• Understanding of PC industry standard buses and their software stack (PCIe, CXL).
• Proven experience enabling storage, networking in a lab for rack and blade validation.
• Deep experience with Linux/Windows, hypervisors and related cert processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead system enablement from first silicon to rack-level bring-up per plan and spec.
• Drive firmware integration and deployment-ready solutions across HW/FW/SW.
• Develop lab capabilities, debug tools, and validation methodologies for AI compute rack.
