Job summary

Graphcore is seeking a Staff Systems Bring Up Validation Engineer to lead end-to-end validation of AI compute rack platforms. The role focuses on first silicon and system bring-up, with responsibility for developing test plans and debugging tools to ensure reliable validation at blade and rack levels.

You will drive HW/SW/FW integration, lab enablement, and cross-functional coordination with System Architects, SoC and Rack FW teams worldwide to deliver high-quality, industry-leading technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading system bring-up and validation of complex server/rack platforms.
• Deep understanding of validation methodologies, end-to-end lab validation.
• Knowledge of PC industry buses and software stacks (PCIe, CXL).
• Capability to triage/debug critical issues to meet milestones.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead system enablement from first silicon and firmware components.
• Develop deployment-ready HW/SW/FW configurations and test plans.
• Own test development and execution for CPU, GPU, memory and IO domains.
• Triage issues in server rack validation, post-silicon validation, and production.
• Drive innovation in tools, scripts and validation methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sys Architects, SoC and Rack FW teams across the globe.
