Job summary

EngineersOfAI seeks a Staff Systems Bring Up Validation Engineer to lead system validation across blade and rack levels, focusing on first silicon bring-up, firmware integration, and end-to-end test development. You will drive lab enablement and cross-team collaboration with SoC, FW, and rack firmware teams to ensure robust validation of ARM server architecture-based systems.

The role requires deep expertise in Linux/Windows, hardware/software tools, and a proven track record in debugging

Qualifications

• Experience in first silicon and system bring-up, OS, FW, Silicon, HW validation.
• Ability to define and enable storage, networking validation in a lab environment.
• Strong knowledge of ARM or x86 architecture, SoC design, memory, RAS & power management.

Responsibilities

• Lead system enablement from first silicon to rack-level bring-up per plan and specs.
• Drive firmware integration methodology and deployment-ready HW/SW/SW configurations.
• Develop lab HW and system software capabilities for blade and rack validation in AI compute systems.
• Triage issues during server rack validation, post-silicon validation, and production phases.
• Develop and own test plans and test cases for CPU, GPU, memory, HBM, IO domains.
• Innovate tooling, scripts, and methodologies to improve validation through schedule, quality, or coverage.
