Job summary

EngineersOfAI seeks a Staff Systems Bring Up Validation Engineer to lead system validation across blade and rack levels, focusing on first silicon bring-up, firmware integration, and end-to-end test development. You will drive lab enablement and cross-team collaboration with SoC, FW, and rack firmware teams to ensure robust validation of ARM server architecture-based systems.

The role requires deep expertise in Linux/Windows, hardware/software tools, and a proven track record in debugging

Qualifications

Experience in first silicon and system bring-up, OS, FW, Silicon, HW validation.
Ability to define and enable storage, networking validation in a lab environment.
Strong knowledge of ARM or x86 architecture, SoC design, memory, RAS & power management.

Responsibilities

Lead system enablement from first silicon to rack-level bring-up per plan and specs.
Drive firmware integration methodology and deployment-ready HW/SW/SW configurations.
Develop lab HW and system software capabilities for blade and rack validation in AI compute systems.
Triage issues during server rack validation, post-silicon validation, and production phases.
Develop and own test plans and test cases for CPU, GPU, memory, HBM, IO domains.
Innovate tooling, scripts, and methodologies to improve validation through schedule, quality, or coverage.
