Job summary

Strativ Group is seeking a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer to own electromechanical assemblies from early design and supplier selection through production launch, quality maturation and ongoing scale-up.

This hands-on role sits between design, manufacturing and the supplier base, focused on complex electromechanical products and scalable production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across supplier industrialization, manufacturing engineering, NPI or supplier engineering.
• Strong exposure to complex electromechanical products.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier industrialization from early design through volume production.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and external manufacturers.
• Drive PPAP, APQP, supplier qualification and production readiness.
• Lead root cause analysis, SCAR/CAPA and supplier quality improvement.
• Manage cost, yield, capacity and manufacturing scale-up.
• Support suppliers through NPI and into mass production.

Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer - Electromechanical

We're supporting a fast-growing energy technology company as it expands its Supplier Industrialization team and scales a new generation of complex hardware into production.

They're looking for a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer to take ownership of electromechanical assemblies from early design and supplier selection through production launch, quality maturation and ongoing scale-up.

This is a hands-on technical role sitting between design engineering, manufacturing and the supply base.

What you'll work on:

• Electromechanical assemblies, electrical box builds and control/panel assemblies
• Wire harnesses, routing, wire trays and DIN rail-mounted components
• Terminals, crimping, connectors, labeling and electrical interconnects
• DFM/DFA reviews with design teams and suppliers
• Supplier manufacturing processes, tooling and assembly line readiness
• Developing and validating supplier test processes for assemblies and subassemblies
• PPAP, APQP, supplier qualification and production readiness
• Root cause, SCAR/CAPA and supplier quality improvement
• Cost, yield, capacity and manufacturing scale-up
• Supporting suppliers through NPI and into volume production

You'll bring 8+ years of experience across supplier industrialization, manufacturing engineering, NPI or supplier engineering, with strong exposure to complex electromechanical products.
