Job Description:

Detail-oriented, reliable, and creative team player needed to lead field evaluations of industrial structures, analyze data, determine root causes of failures, perform analytical modeling and calculations, and develop engineered rehabilitation or replacement plans with specifications.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Lead field evaluations of existing structures.
2. Develop calculations and analytical models for steel, concrete, and other materials.
3. Design structural rehabilitation and/or replacement plans.
4. Specify materials and prepare detailed reports.
5. Provide technical support during structural construction.
6. Interface with clients, develop proposals, and prepare estimates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience: 8+ years.
• Licensure: P.E. required; S.E. (IL) preferred.
• Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of STAAD/SAP, AISC, AWS required; AutoCAD familiarity preferred.
• Management Skills: Experience in client interaction and team mentoring preferred.
• Other Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
