Job summary

Tonal is seeking a Staff Solutions Architect to own end-to-end solutioning for NetSuite, Salesforce, iPaaS integrations, and connected apps across commerce, finance, fulfillment, and service processes.

You will drive design from business problem to delivery, influence roadmap, mentor teams, and ensure SDLC governance while delivering scalable, auditable solutions in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and deploying NetSuite solutions in enterprise environments.
• Direct experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds in a connected ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms and integration patterns.
• Strong functional knowledge of financial processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and design future-state processes.
• Own system solution design across NetSuite, Salesforce, and integrations.
• Develop test strategy and coordinate testing including UAT.
• Establish design standards and SDLC governance.
• Mentor analysts, developers, and administrators.
