Job summary

Teamshares is seeking a NetSuite Solution Architect to design and lead ERP implementations across its network of 90+ companies. You will own the NetSuite technical architecture, decide on deployment models, data integrations, and reporting boundaries, while collaborating with implementation partners and finance teams.

You will present options, balance trade-offs, and ensure solutions meet business needs without over-engineering.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of ERP implementation, solution architecture, or enterprise systems consulting experience.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of NetSuite or similar enterprise systems.
• Experience in presales or customer-facing architecture roles.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs and explain design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the NetSuite technical architecture for deployments.
• Lead solution design with partners and finance teams.
• Establish and publish NetSuite standards and best practices.
• Evaluate vendors/partners from a technical perspective.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and guide execution.
• Grow into leadership of the function as the team expands.
