Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in Huntsville, AL to lead the software test architecture for the Sentinel program. You will own the Python-based automation framework and SRCT integrations, ensuring certifiable test solutions across multiple sites.

You will mentor teams, drive requirements traceability, and collaborate with systems engineering, software development, and management to deliver high-quality software on schedule. A Secret clearance is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent with advanced degrees.
• Proven leadership experience on medium-to-large programs and coordinating software test activities.
• Strong Python proficiency including developing, debugging, and maintaining test scripts.
• Experience with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo) and requirements traceability.
