Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build the PSA Liquidity Platform, connecting buyers and sellers across our marketplace.

You will own end-to-end design, development, and deployment, collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams. You’ll work on a high-visibility, high-impact system, using Java (Spring Boot), React/Svelte, and modern cloud-native tools to scale across millions of collectibles while focusing on performance, reliability, and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience designing, shipping, and scaling 0-to-1 products with measurable impact.
• Proficient in Java (Spring Boot) and modern frontend frameworks (React, Svelte).
• Experience with microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes and AWS.
• Observability-first with dashboards and distributed tracing.
• AI-first approach across the SDLC.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build powerful buyer tooling and next-gen buyer platform.
• Develop offer pricing engine and real-time targeting.
• Partner with AI/ML and engineering to maximize GMV.
• Elevate seller experience with frictionless processes.
• Architect scalable microservices and event-driven systems.
• Own outcomes end-to-end from 0 to 1.
• Drive cross-functional execution and align stakeholders.
• Connect ecosystem across PSA enterprise.
• Communicate clearly at all levels.
