GEICO TECH is looking for a Staff Software Engineer – Testing Architect to own the technical vision, design, and implementation of this platform and the tools that enable safe deployments at scale.
You will define and build a scalable automation tool platform that serves both new and legacy tech stack applications with AI and self-healing capabilities at the core and integrates with release and delivery tooling so every deployment is gated on reliable quality signals.
We need a highly skilled engineer who can build and design large-scale tools and frameworks for diverse applications and teams. AI expertise and hands‑on experience building scalable test automation platforms are required. Familiarity with safe deployment practices (quality gates, deployment‑aware test results, release evidence) is a must. Kubernetes and Docker experience is required for designing and operating platform services at scale. Solid experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation is must.
$100,000.00 - $230,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
