Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years validating software systems with architecture leadership.
• Real-time/embedded software experience and safety-critical product background.
• Experience building large-scale CI/CD, embedded test automation, and build-to-test pipelines.
• Knowledge of test-result data modeling, Databricks, analytics, data mining, and API development.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of a large-scale embedded software test system.
• Define and standardize automated test frameworks across environments.
• Develop APIs and integrations for test execution, management, and diagnostics.
• Improve test robustness, speed, and deployment efficiency in CI/CD.
• Coach teams and align cross-functional efforts to boost quality.
