The role requires US citizenship and Top-Secret clearance, with 9/80 schedule options and strong collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• US Citizenship required and Top-Secret clearance required.
• Experience as a technical lead on a defense project.
• Experience in Agile software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers on cutting-edge algorithms using MATLAB, CUDA/OpenCL, Python, or C/C++.
• Develop software for Linux/Unix or Windows environments.
• Work on DSP and RF signal processing algorithms for radar systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
