Job summary

Northrop Grumman – Xetron in Cincinnati is seeking cleared or clearable Sr. Principal DSP Engineers to develop advanced algorithms in MATLAB, CUDA/OpenCL, Python, and C/C++ across Linux/Windows environments.

The role requires strong signal processing expertise, RF knowledge, and experience with time/frequency domain techniques, with opportunities for leadership on fast-moving programs.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical, Computer or related Engineering with experience levels as described.
• US Citizenship is required and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Proficient with MATLAB with a Digital Signal Processing focus; proficient in software and/or FPGA design.

Responsibilities

• Develop cutting-edge DSP algorithms in MATLAB or CUDA/OpenCL, Python, C/C++ in Linux/UNIX or Windows.
• Collaborate with RF, hardware, software, and systems teams to deliver robust DSP solutions.
• Support government and defense programs with performance optimization and real-time deployment.
