Anthropic is seeking a Senior Engineer to help design and build its search platform from the ground up. You will work with a small, senior team to create scalable core search systems powering Claude’s access to information.

You should bring 5+ years of distributed systems experience, strong Python/Go/Java skills, and hands-on experience with high-volume data processing. This hybrid role requires 25% in-office time in San Francisco.
