Job summary

You will embed with research teams, assess failure modes, and guide the adoption of new tools across the organization.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Python, typing, async patterns, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design APIs, frameworks, and abstractions used by engineers and researchers.
• Own the platform layers beneath environments, including agent runtime.
• Build tooling for production environment understanding and maintenance.
• Embed with research teams and transfer ownership when rotating off.
• Anticipate silent failure modes and enforce type safety and invariants.
• Drive framework adoption and deprecations across the org.
• Define engineering standards and mentor teams.
