Job summary

Palo Alto Networks seeks a seasoned software engineer to design and implement AI-driven MarTech systems, including agent-based architectures and workflow orchestration.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex MarTech initiatives, building intelligent workflows that combine LLMs, rules, tools, and data signals to support personalization and lifecycle marketing. The role requires strong full-stack skills and cloud experience in AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering with strong full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs in production systems.
• Experience building AI agent–based systems with LLMs, tools, workflows.
• Strong backend skills in Java, Kotlin, Python, or Node.js.
• Frontend experience with React or similar.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and data streaming.
• Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and influence peers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven systems and agent-based architectures.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex MarTech initiatives.
• Build workflows combining LLMs, rules, tools, and data signals.
• Own full-stack solutions: UI, APIs, backend, data pipelines, AI layers.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs.
• Promote engineering practices like testing, observability, and reliability.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers.
• Stay current on AI agents and orchestration patterns.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and replace brittle workflows.
