• 8+ years building and shipping production software
• Staff-level scope across a product domain
• Strong full-stack engineer across backend/frontend
• Shipped modern React TanStack/Next.js with performance focus
• Built AI/LLM-powered features in production
• Owned customer-facing systems over time
• Designed data-heavy product surfaces (search/filter)
• Owns delivery from idea to production

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health of major product domains and cross-team decisions
• Lead cross-team decisions and help engineers ship features
• Ship core product end-to-end from idea to production data model, backend, frontend
• Design pipelines to ingest, validate, and normalize government data
• Build AI-powered features including retrieval, tool-calling, and agentic workflows
• Raise engineering standards with code reviews, reliability, and CI/CD
