You'll modernize the platform, explore cloud-native designs, and apply AI-enabled improvements to productivity and customer outcomes, while partnering with product and engineering leaders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern web architectures.
• Deep understanding of Microservices and event-driven systems.
• Extensive experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud-native experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proven track record leading architectural initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term technical vision and modernization strategy for Payroll platforms.
• Lead scalable, resilient, secure distributed systems and governance.
