Job summary

Index Exchange, Inc. is hiring staff and principal software engineers for its Application Platform, Channels, and Exchange Products divisions. Roles span backend, frontend, and fullstack work on programmatic ad tech systems with very high throughput.

You will design and implement robust services, partner with product teams to drive domain improvements, and contribute to open-source initiatives as appropriate. Relocation to Toronto is possible.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Golang, Java, C#, and/or Typescript (React).
• Experience designing, developing, and testing high-quality services.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Work on cutting-edge programmatic ad tech systems handling hundreds of billions of transactions daily.
• Collaborate with product to understand domain and identify improvements.
• Design, write, and test robust, reliable code.
• Lead/participate in impactful cross-team technical projects from start to finish.
• Suggest and implement improvements to coding standards and practices.
