Index Exchange is hiring senior software engineers to join Application Platform, Channels, and Exchange Products divisions. You will contribute to backend, frontend or fullstack work on high-scale programmatic ad tech systems and work closely with product teams.

Relocation to Toronto is an option, and you’ll be part of an engineering-first culture with global teams, equity and comprehensive benefits. You will help shape scalable, low-latency services used by major brands and publishers.

• Strong software engineering skills and proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Experience designing, developing and testing high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Work on cutting-edge programmatic ad tech systems handling hundreds of billions of transactions daily.
• Design, write, and test robust code for backend, frontend or fullstack teams.
• Collaborate with product to understand domain and identify improvements.
• Estimate work in an agile environment and promote better coding practices.
