• Identify and address systemic engineering risks before blockers to business.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and user-facing capabilities for onsite growth.
• Improve observability, resiliency, and performance at scale.
• Mentor and develop other engineers through feedback and growth.
• Contribute to engineering culture with principled technical leadership.
