Job summary

NetDocuments is transforming legal technology with a hands-on leadership role. You will architect and build production-grade full stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, C#/.NET, and AWS, while designing event-driven architectures and scalable APIs.

You will mentor engineers, drive engineering standards, and ensure security and reliability at scale. You will collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and advance document

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of professional software engineering delivering production-grade applications at scale.
3+ years of technical leadership influencing engineering direction and practices.
Deep experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and backend work with C#/.NET or Java.

Responsibilities

Lead as a hands-on technical leader and define engineering standards across the team.
Architect and build full stack applications using React, TS, Node.js, C#/.NET, and AWS.
Design event-driven architectures and scalable REST/GraphQL APIs.
Implement logging, metrics, tracing, and telemetry for production systems.
Mentor engineers and drive knowledge sharing across teams.
