What You'll Do

NetDocuments is seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Solstice to help shape the next generation of our document management platform. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who brings deep expertise building production‑grade full stack applications and a strong track record of leading technical direction within their team. You'll operate as a hands‑on technical leader, helping drive the architecture and delivery of scalable, event‑driven systems across React, TypeScript, Node.js, C#/.NET, and AWS. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Platform Services, and engineering leadership to solve complex technical challenges, integrate emerging technologies including AI‑powered services, and ensure Solstice continues to scale with the performance, reliability, and security our customers expect.

You will:

Technical Leadership & Team Impact

• Serve as a hands‑on technical leader for Solstice, helping define technical direction and engineering standards across the team.
• Lead architectural discussions and make technical decisions across frontend, backend, and distributed systems.
