Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a leader to design and deliver AI-native workflows and intelligent systems, guiding the technical direction of the intelligence platform and upholding production AI quality and safety.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across teams, and drive customer outcomes with deep experience in distributed systems, Java and Python, data processing, and AI evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years building high-scale distributed systems and web applications.
• Applied AI and agentic systems experience; strong Java and Python skills.

Job description

Lead the design and delivery of AI-native workflows and intelligent systems, using agentic technologies to automate processes and support effective human collaboration. Set technical direction for the intelligence platform, uphold production AI quality and safety standards, mentor engineers, and partner across teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least seven years building high-scale distributed systems and web applications. Candidates should bring applied AI and agentic systems experience, strong Java and Python skills, data-processing and database expertise, production evaluation and testing experience, and demonstrated technical leadership.
