ARCHER in Seattle seeks a leader to architect and develop production-grade agentic AI and multi-agent systems, elevating engineering productivity, reliability and operational excellence. You will govern orchestration, state management, security, observability, evaluation and scalable AI infrastructure while contributing code and automating remediation.

The ideal candidate has formal software engineering training, 5+ years of applied experience, advanced Python, and hands-on production delivery

Qualificações

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• At least five years of applied experience in software engineering or AI systems.
• Advanced Python proficiency and hands-on production delivery of agentic AI.
• Experience with generative AI at scale, agent frameworks and evaluation, and cloud infra (AWS).
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and reliable distributed systems experience.

Lead the architecture and development of production-grade agentic AI and multi-agent systems that improve engineering productivity, reliability, and operational excellence. Govern agent orchestration, state management, security, observability, evaluation, and scalable AI infrastructure, while developing and reviewing production code and automating recurring remediation.

Requirements: Requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, at least five years of applied experience, advanced Python proficiency, and hands-on experience delivering agentic AI systems to production. Candidates should also have experience with generative AI at scale, agent frameworks and evaluation, cloud infrastructure such as AWS, infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform, and reliable distributed systems.
