Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a senior Platform AI Engineer to design, build, and operate customer-facing AI platform services and features. You will own model evaluation, tracing, observability, and quality feedback loops while leading technical initiatives across product, design, data, security, and engineering.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with production systems, strong Python, and hands-on work with agentic LL M-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems.
• Strong production Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems or LLM-powered workflows.
• Experience with AI frameworks and evaluation or retrieval approaches.
• Distributed systems and APIs, cloud infrastructure, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job description

Own model evaluation, tracing, observability, and quality feedback loops while contributing technical leadership and collaborating across product, design, data, security, and engineering.

Requirements:

Requires 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems, strong production Python skills, and hands-on experience with agentic systems or LLM-powered workflows. Candidates should also bring experience with AI frameworks and evaluation or retrieval approaches, distributed systems and APIs, cloud infrastructure, testing, and cross-functional collaboration; business-level English is required.
