Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking an experienced engineer to design, build, and operate customer-facing AI platform services and features, including agent runtimes, workflow orchestration, tool execution, and evaluation capabilities.

You will integrate AI workflows into production systems, monitor quality and reliability, and collaborate across product, design, data, security, and engineering while providing technical leadership and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating production AI systems.
• Strong production Python skills and exposure to agentic/LLM-powered workflows.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, distributed systems, APIs, cloud infra and containers.

Job description

Design, build, and operate customer-facing AI platform services and product features, including agent runtimes, workflow orchestration, tool execution, and evaluation capabilities. Integrate AI workflows into production systems, monitor quality and reliability, and collaborate across product, design, data, security, and engineering while providing technical leadership and mentorship.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems, strong production Python skills, and hands-on experience with agentic systems or LLM-powered workflows. Candidates should also have experience with AI evaluation and observability, distributed systems and APIs, cloud infrastructure and containers, and the ability to work across PHP and Java services; business-level English is required.
