Job summary

Cardinal Health's Commercial Technologies Software Engineering team builds back-end and front-end solutions to maximize business value and enhance the customer experience. This role designs options, improves processes, and delivers scalable software while collaborating with product managers and ARB teams to define objectives and architecture.

You will contribute to complex projects, mentor peers, and help ensure compliance with standards, delivering value across the enterprise with a focus on

Qualifications

4–6 years of experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Expertise in .NET and Java stacks.
Familiarity with Kafka and Camunda preferred.

Responsibilities

Proactively drives the development team to deliver business goals and technical deliverables.
Mentors junior team members.
Defines and refines requirements and product architecture with product management.
Aligns design and approach through Enterprise ARB and Sonexus ARB.
Ensures compliance with standards and regulations.
Builds software for reuse and scalability.
