Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in .NET and Java languages and related stacks.
• Familiarity with Kafka and Camunda is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive development team to meet business goals and technical deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with product management.
• Define and refine requirements and product architecture with architects.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Develop scalable, reusable software solutions.
• Engage with Enterprise ARB and Sonexus ARB for design direction.
• Proactively push forward engineering initiatives to maximize impact.
