Job summary

Cardinal Health's Commercial Technologies Software Engineering team is seeking a full-time software engineer to design and develop back-end and front-end capabilities for the commercial technologies portfolio, driving value for the business.

You will collaborate with product management and architects, mentor junior teammates, and push for scalable, reusable software while ensuring compliance with standards through Enterprise ARB processes.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Expertise in .NET and Java languages and associated tech stacks.
• Familiarity with Kafka and/or Camunda is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drives forward the development team to deliver business goals and technical deliverables.
• Mentors junior members of the team.
• Works closely with product management and software product and innovation architects to define and refine requirements and product architecture.
• Ensures compliance with necessary standards and regulations.
• Builds software for reuse and scalability.
